THE PROBLEMS GRADUATE ENCOUNTER AFTER GRADUATION

Most People, especially in Nigeria value education.it is said” Education is Key”. Education is good in promoting the social, economic and cultural wellbeing of a society. If one is grounded in education, he can achieve so many things. In Nigeria, parents spend lots of money to put their children into school, for the betterment of the immediate family and society. These children work hard in school, learning new things every day. When they finally graduate form the final stage of their education, there are usually not lots of jobs available.
So many of these youths are stranded, and display frustration openly and behind closed doors. So many excuses and  bad ideas are made up by them to feel better. Some resort to Churches, and continuously pray for God’s intervention, even when there is no hope. Some youths also resort to crime in order to live the fast life and escape poverty and starvation.
I am going to List the Common Reasons Why Graduates usually have problem when they finish University.
1)      Poor Networking: Most Students don’t network enough, so they end up with limited social circle. School involves social interaction.it is important to have new ,connected and sociable friends. You can never know what happens to you tomorrow.
2)      Poor CGPA: This is really bad.it can be avoided if you have good networking. a bad CGPA can derail prospects of a graduate in the Job Sector in a society such as Nigeria, where University degrees are worshipped.
3)      Poor Social Skills: Most people pass through school but don’t let the school pass through them.
Many people go to school just to pass exams and get on with their life, without entering into communities which encourage good interaction, creativity and resourcefulness. Many students can’t even hold a conversation on matters that involve their school.
4)      Lack of Belief: Let’s face reality. Society is unequal, the world is not fair. This may sound bad but People have spent countless time trying to fix things so that the world can become better. You might have a lot of faults, but you are still important to the world in a way. Find something you are good at, think, create. Believe that you can do something that is beyond people imagination and focus on it.

5)      Laziness: Right from the time, you are born. you have to race with fierce and hungry lions, who are ready to pounce on you at every turn. You have to man up, and continuously try every day to better yourself. if you don’t like your haircut, shave. If you have a bad girlfriend or boyfriend, disassociate.  Cut out anything that is slowing your progress in anything you do. You owe it to yourself to be successful

The eagle and wreath rest on a black shield with a Y-shaped silver coloured wavy band in the middle of the black shield. Two white horses support the shield on either side. The base on which the shield rests is coctus spectabilis, a wild flower that grows in many parts of the country. Underneath all these is the motto of the country: “Unity and Faith, Peace and Progress.” Symbolism of Coat of Arms Elements The red eagle depicts Nigeria’s strength. The black shield signifies the fortuitous qualities of the land in agricultural, mineral and solid resources.
