THE PROBLEMS GRADUATE ENCOUNTER AFTER GRADUATION Most People, especially in Nigeria value education.it is said” Education is Key”. Education is good in promoting the social, economic and cultural wellbeing of a society. If one is grounded in education, he can achieve so many things. In Nigeria, parents spend lots of money to put their children into school, for the betterment of the immediate family and society. These children work hard in school, learning new things every day. When they finally graduate form the final stage of their education, there are usually not lots of jobs available. So many of these youths are stranded, and display frustration openly and behind closed doors. So many excuses and  bad ideas are made up by them to feel better. Some resort to Churches, and continuously pray for God’s intervention, even when there is no hope. Some youths also resort to crime in order to live the fast life and escape poverty and starvation. NIGERIA...Description of the Coat of Arms At the top of the coat of arms is an eagle, red in colour and mounted on a wreath which is rendered in the national colours. The eagle and wreath rest on a black shield with a Y-shaped silver coloured wavy band in the middle of the black shield. Two white horses support the shield on either side. The base on which the shield rests is coctus spectabilis, a wild flower that grows in many parts of the country. Underneath all these is the motto of the country: “Unity and Faith, Peace and Progress.” Symbolism of Coat of Arms Elements The red eagle depicts Nigeria’s strength. The black shield signifies the fortuitous qualities of the land in agricultural, mineral and solid resources. The Y-shaped silver coloured wavy band in the middle of the black shield represents the two major rivers in the country, River Niger and River Benue. The two white horses signify dignity.
